According to quartz counter manufacturers, these countertops can withstand heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit, which makes them a convenient place to rest pots and pans to cool.

Flooring Renovation Ideas

For homeowners planning to redo their kitchen floors, a recent survey revealed that 90% prefer either tile or hardwood floors. Even though 44% of homeowners may prefer to have plush carpet in their bedrooms, hardwood flooring tends to be the preference for other rooms. The National Association of Realtors reported that 54% of prospective home buyers were actually willing to pay more for a house that has hardwood floors.
